For the last ten years Vang Vieng, Laos has been a backpackers paradise. It’s known to be a non stop party mecca where you can get all the alcohol, mushrooms and dancing you want/need. But when MIlk Made’s traveling writer Simone Spilka got to town, new laws had been put into effect that are trying to kill the party going tourist’s buzz.
